She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Arnett and Margaret Cooksey Arnett; and her sister Nancy Tosh. She is survived by: her husband Jack Kemp of Charleston; her children, Rob Kemp of Charleston, Peggy Camp and Jodi Brimner (Jerry); her brothers, Kenny Arnett (Margie) and Rick Arnett (Kathy); her grandchildren, Adam, Taylor, Gunnar Brimner, Jami Goetten (Garrod Eads) and Whitney Camp; and her great grandchildren, Karter, Kroy, Klay Brimner, Charlie Gantz and Maggie Goetten. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces.
