He was predeceased by: his parents, Nubern Leggans and Blanche Leggans (Wrolen); and his siblings, Billie Leggans, Joyce Ann Leggans, Janet Newborn and Jim Leggans (Sonny).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Darline Leggans (Farris); his daughters, Carlea Drury of Granite City and Dana Leggans-Turnbough (Anthony) of Granite City; his grandchildren, Ashley Burgoon of Ashmore, Jessicca Watson (Alan) of Granite City and Claire Drury of Granite City; his great grandchildren, Austin Prindable (Hailey) of Charleston, Carl Prindable of Ashmore, Lucas, Carter and Ruby Watson of Granite City; and his siblings, Lefty Leggans of DuQuoin, Phyllis Leggans of DuQuoin, Kay Edwards (Richard) of Herrin, Diane Kelly (Rick) of Creal Springs and Nicole Loucks of Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.
