She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Franklin and Edith Wines (Sexson); and her spouse Gale "Slue" Phillippi. She is survived by: her children, Linda Biehler (Edward), Robert Edwards, Teresa Edwards, Noble Woolard (Andrea), Bill Woolard (Emma) and Orville Woolard Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia Leonard, Jeannie Guymon, Debbie Woolard (Orville), Jeri Kemp (Samuel), David Wines and Steven Wines. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to Schilling Funeral Home.
