She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Pierce and Cleo Pierce (McElwee); and her brothers, Don, Max and Dale Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband John Melvin Babbs; her children, Jewell Trost (Robert) of Auburn and Roger Babbs (Cathy) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Corey Babbs (Lauren) of Ashmore, Christina Coffey (Tony) of Charleston, Paul Trost (Meredith) of Chicago and Mark Trost of Clive, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Jake, Ben Coffey, Miles and Vivian Trost; and her sisters-in-law, Lucille Pierce of Charleston, Marilyn Doty and Debbie Pierce of Mattoon.
