With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A Johns (Charleston, Illinois), born in Shelbyville, Illinois, who passed away on May 31, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lading and Margaret Lading (Timperley); her son Donald Ray Johns; and her granddaughter Carlee Adair. She is survived by: her husband Max Johns; her daughters, Maggie Kimbro (Bruce) of Streamwood and Judy Adair (Pat) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Jarad Kimbro (Courtney) of Mattoon, Rachel Conner (Paul) of Streamwood and Lindsay Shelley (Aaron) of Berwyn, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Jaylyn, Cale, Carson, Kaiden and Kennedi.
Donations in her honor may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or to the City of Charleston's Urban Butterfly Initiative.
