He is survived by: his wife Margaret Woodworth of Charleston, IL; and his children, Pamela Samson (James) of Ogden, IL, Kathy Woodworth of Charleston, IL, Dennis Woodworth (Lydia) of Pass Christian, MS, Linda Shulaw (Daniel) of Lafayette, LA, Bradford Woodworth (Alicia) of Peoria, IL and Laurel Dennis (Mark) of Inlet Beach, FL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
