She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Herman and Mary Idella Nergenah (Brockhouse); her spouse Deneen G Brewer; her stepson Allen "Eli" Brewer of Springfield; her stepgrandchildren, Dean Brewer of Springfield and Kim McGee of Springfield; her nieces and nephews, David Nergenah (Faith) of Jacksonville, Pam Hopper of Jacksonville, Kathy Conroy (Larry) of Florida and William Connor (Robin) of Idaho; her stepdaughter Barbara Gosche; and her siblings, Dorothy Lucille Connor, Genevieve "Jenny" Griffin and Walter Verne Nergenah.
