It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Evans of Chapin, Illinois, born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Harris and Viola Harris; her husband Paul Alvin Evans; and her son Mark Ruyle. She is survived by: her children, Chrissy Ruyle of St. Louis, MO, Lesa Werries (Mike) of Jacksonville, Mike Ruyle (Rene' Surratt) of Chatham, Matt Ruyle (Judy Maasen) of Waverly and Jeri Wenneker (Janet Hayes). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
