He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle L. Larkin (Richard) of Chapin and Annette M. Smith (Darin) of Alexander; his grandchildren, Erin M. Mattes (Kory Long) of Jacksonville and Kilee A. Smith (Hayden Moore) of Alexander; his great grandchild Kason R. Long of Jacksonville; his siblings, Marian L. Ohlinger (Eldon) of Calgary, Alberta, Wanda G. Ommen (Richard) of Springfield and Gary G. Mattes (Sharon) of Chapin; and his sister-in-law Alice M. Mattes of Chapin.
