He was predeceased by: his father Velton Stovall, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Joyce and Ronald Borella; and his brother-in-law Danny McGuire. He is survived by: his mother Bessie Stovall; his spouse Kim Stovall; his children, Luke Stovall (Bridget), Tessa Wilson-Stovall (Jorell), Lamar Stovall (Sara), Rajshun Stovall (Cozette) and Kanesha Stovall; his siblings, John Buress, Velton Stovall, Jr., Vincent Stovall, Gale Stovall, Kelven Stovall, Dyral Stovall and Annette Stovall; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Borella, Jr., Gerald Borella, Deb Underhill, Pan Underhill, Rick Borella, Janice Alvarado and Cheryl McGuire.
