He is survived by: his wife Helen; his child Nicolette Howard (Dan); and his siblings, Chris Dublin, Sophie Tobias (Frank), Richard Dublin (Tammy), Joe Dublin (Elizabeth), Michael Dublin (Elizabeth), Jeanette, Teresa Pappas, Paul Dublin (Carol) and Ann Nicholas (Ed).
In leiu of flowers memorials should be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society.
