He is survived by: his mother Janet Shride; his wife Cathy; his children, Connor Shride, Kendal Shride and Fond; his parent-in-law Sandy Howard; his brothers-in-law, Will Howard (Tracy) and Dan Warning (late Cheryl); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Emily, Matt, Jake and Kacy.
