She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Sparks and Kathleen Harris. She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Urso III; her sons, Timothy Etheridge (Sabrina) of Minooka, IL, Tommy Etheridge (Amanda) of Joliet, IL and Joseph Urso IV (Mandy) of Channahon, IL; her grandchildren, Austin, Brooke, Cheyenne, Rylan, Joseph V and Anthony; her siblings, Jamey Baker (Floyd) of Minooka, IL, James Sparks (Sue) of Missouri and Charles Sparks of Galesburg, IL; her mother-in-law Marie Urso; and her brother-in-law Chuck Urso of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
