He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Unland and Ardella Unland (Torkelsen); and his siblings, Phyllis Unland, Mildred Gang, Lorene Ramsey, Donald Unland and Harold Unland.
He is survived by: his brother Gerald Unland; his children, Jeffery Unland (Vicky), Christopher Unland and Rebecca King (Ronald); his stepchildren, Christopher Baran, Sarah Stegall (Sean), Joshua Baran, Timothy Baran, Rebekah Baran and Daniel Baran; his grandchildren, Jeffery Unland Jr., Colton Unland, Christopher Unland Jr., Kayla King, Caden Unland and Addalynn King; his stepgrandchildren, Lucas Stegall, Ronald Baran, Caleb Baran, Micah Blades, Zachariah Baran, Martha Baran, Ezekiel Baran, Jessica Baran, Riley Baran and Rahmiel Muflahi-Baran; and his former wives, Laura Lasocki and Denise M. Baran-Unland.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care in Joliet.
