He is survived by: his mother Adelyn Kwasigroch; his children, Todd Kwasigroch (Donna) and Clarissa Montello (Jason); his grandchildren, Scott, Amber Kwasigroch, Gabriel and Raegan Montello; his great grandchild Donavin Kos; and his siblings, Phyllis Hines (Carl), Barbara Gall (Rich) and Dick Kwasigroch (Pat). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
