She was predeceased by: her parents, John Widener and Rita Widener; her daughter Angel; her siblings, Eileen and John; and the fathers of children, Phil Jurkowski and Steve Slotten.
She is survived by: her spouse Terry Jahnssen; her sons, Derek Widener (Krystal), Adam Jurkowski (Tiffany) and Danny Slotten; her grandchildren, Kayla, Dean, Serenity, Benjamin, Riley and Arabella; and her siblings, Connie Marquez (Mike), Lore Ogg (Reggie) and Robert Widener (Carla).
