He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Kempke. He is survived by: his father Ronald Kempke of Channahon; his siblings, April Carter (Jeff) of Channahon and Mark Kempke (Karyn) of Joliet; his nephews, Don, Ryan (Kaitlyn) and Cody Carter; his niece Karli Carter; his great-nephew Connor Carter; and his friend Deb Slatton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
