She is survived by: her husband Roger E. Carter; her children, Colleen Walsh, Terry Jackson (Carm), Tommy Jackson, Bob Jackson, Robin Morrow, Trisha Adams (Joe), Roxanne Waterhouse (Donnie), Melinda Wheeler (Erik) and Fond; and her sibling Frannie Cross.
