He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Patty Pyles; and his grandparents, Oliver, Donna McClintock and Maryann Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Jaclyn Carroll (Pyles); his children, Haylie, Mckenzie and Gavin Carroll; his parents, Linda Huber (Michael) and Frank Carroll III; his siblings, Lindsey Cary (Mike), Frank Carroll IV, Brett (Tina), Cody and Patrick Huber; and his grandfather Frank Carroll Jr. Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
