It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Karen Simpson of Channahon, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Price and Ruth Ella Price (Marsh); her grandson Micah Swank; and her siblings, S. Joan Predmore (Harry), Marilyn Rutkowski (Ed), William Price Jr. (Joanne), Jackie W. Price, H. Eugene Price (Dorothy), B. Dean Price and Roger S. Price (Donna).
She is survived by: her friend Nancy; her children, Michelle Witherington (Rick) of Morris, IL, Christine "Chris" Swank of Opelika, AL and Robert "Bob" Simpson (Chrystal) of Oak Grove, MO; her grandchildren, Zackary Swank, Allison Coleman (Ryan), Jacob Swank, Taylor Swank-Lewis (Noah), Caleb Swank, Kaylee Simpson, Alek Simpson and Kensi Simpson; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Swank, Renner Coleman, Maeven Coleman, Sienna Lewis and Kaden Simpson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
