She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Phelps and Edna Phelps; her great grandchild Owen Bleuer; her husband Harvey Jennings Lewis; her grandson Owen; and her siblings, Norma Fulmer (late Marshall), Nancy Cox, William Phelps (late Mary) and John Phelps (late Evelyn).
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia A. Manigan (Thomas) of Minooka, Patricia L. Bleuer (Robert) of Morris and Thomas L. Lewis (Robin) of Bend, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Darci Serr, Nicole Lewis (Thomas), Jeffery Bleuer, Ryan Bleuer (Jenna) and Hai-Xing Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Madisyn, Nicholas, Harrison, Avery Serr, Aubrie, Gabrielle Lewis, Kiptyn, Zadie, Paisley Bleuer, Max, Mason and Madelyn Bleuer.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Channahon United Methodist Church, the 4-H foundation or the National Parkinson Foundation.
