We bid farewell to Kenneth Leo Ernest of Channahon, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 22, 2024 at the age of 75. Kenneth Leo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Ernest and Theresa Ernest; his brother Gerald Ernest Jr.; his sister-in-law Beverly Ernest; his parents-in-law, Charles Alexander and Dorothy Alexander; his siblings-in-law, Douglas Alexander, Norm Swope and Toni Alexander (Alphin); and his niece Stephanie Cox.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brianne Cox, Callie Ernest, Chloe Ernest, Alexis Jackson, Ethan Gass and Cain Ernest; his wife Deborah; his children, Jason (Fran Perakis) and Sarah (Branson Cigancik); his great grandchildren, Grace Breitwieser, Ariella Packer and Ashton Breitwieser; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Swope. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
