He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eigenheer and Anne Eigenheer (Holmes); and his siblings, Chuck, Harley, Wayne, Norman and Bob Eigenheer.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Eigenheer (Fugate) of Channahon; his children, Brian Eigenheer (Pam) and Brenda Tracy (Scott); his grandchildren, Beckie Karlin (Bobby), Nichole Schemmer (Wade), Matt Tracy (Alessa), Jake Eigenheer, Dylan Eigenheer and Katie Tracy; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Gianna and Ellianna Karlin; and his siblings, Florence Jorgenson, Jim Eigenheer and Mary Boggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory to Channahon United Methodist Church would be appreciated.
