He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Smith and Roberta Smith; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Marty Summers Smith; and his sisters, Dawn Kellogg (Steven), Nanette Smith and Susan Gorsuch (Clyde). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
