She is survived by: her husband James Mladucky of Channahon; her children, Crystal Magnant of Joliet, Steven Mladucky of Chicago and Shannon Mladucky of Channahon; her grandchildren, Kendahl Magnant, Nathan, Emma, Hailey, Sheyanne and Syler Mladucky; and her siblings, Jackie Rac of Wisconsin, John (Kim) of Matteson, IL, Jimmy (Lynn) of Indiana, Joey (Donna) of Worth, IL and Jerry Kramer of Chicago.
