Elworthy (Channahon, Illinois), born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Elworthy and Elaine Elworthy (Carl); and his brothers, David and John Elworthy. He is survived by: his stepparent Viveca Elworthy; his children, Jennifer Pintar (Mark), Christine Slaughter (Jon), Ralynn Pointer (Robert) and Andrew Elworthy (Laura); his grandchildren, Raven Pointer (Justin Schoonmaker), Tyler Pointer, Megan, Madison Pintar, Taelor, Kayla Caldwell, Ella, Cooper, Parker, Ryker Slaughter and Quinn Elworthy; his great grandchild Penelope Schoonmaker; and his siblings, Steve, Scott, Linda, Tom and Patrick Elworthy.
