She is survived by: her children, Steven Chasten (Kellie), Martin Chasten, Jennifer Chasten Lennox, Christopher Chasten (Melissa), Kelsie Chasten and Melissa Lennox; her great grandchildren, Jacob Chasten and Lucas Chasten; and her siblings, Joan Tomczak, Paul Jackovich, Bob Jackovich and Conrad Jackovich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
