It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Peter Haak of Channahon, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Haak and Loretta Haak. He is survived by: his wife Grace Jule Haak; his children, Eric Haak of Chicago, IL, Jessica Frawley (David) of Bridgeview, IL and Sarah Fahey of Oak Forest, IL; his grandchildren, Michael, Jamie, Cooper Fahey, Sophia and David Frawley; and his brother Dennis Haak. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name sent to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, 1140 W. Jackson, Chicago, IL 60607, would be appreciated.
