He was predeceased by: his father Lester; and his brother Terry Underhill. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Anna) and Elizabeth; his mother Phyllis; and his siblings, Bill (Rose), Gary (Sherry), Ray (Deb), John (Pam), Dave, Tim, Don and Martha Blankenship (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
