She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Anna Smith; and her brother Robert Smith (late Margaret). She is survived by: her husband William A. Cook; her children, Lynnette Malone (Charles) and Adored; her grandchildren, Scott Mattingly (Melissa), Matthew Malone (Christine Sikrisamouth) and Rebecca Malone; her brothers, Leo Smith (Carol), Vern Smith (late Dolores) and Donald Smith; and her cousin Diane Eilers.
