He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Arthur Kirkwood Lewis; his daughter Jodi; his siblings, Gwen, Mike, Jerry and Keith; his parents, Lester and Dorothy; his wife Barbara; his children, Patty Rusthoven (Jerry) of Austin, TX, Debbie Hillmer (Steve) of Clyman, WI, Tina Lisle (Jerry) of Griffith, IN, Dena Lewis of Mokena, IL and Dean Lewis (Melissa) of Channahon, IL.; his grandchildren, Justin, Alicia, Katelyn, Paige, Kira, Jared, Corey, Patience, Jacob, Stephanie, Samantha, Olen and Sofie; and his siblings, Bob (Loucinda), Lester (Pat), Don, Kay, Maida, Dorothy (George), Cheryl, Jeannie, Marti and Anita. He was also cherished by her his wife, together, they raised 6 children and numerous grandchildren.
