He was predeceased by: his mother Jacquelyn Black (Jursinovich). He is survived by: his wife Vivian Black (Muthart); his daughters, Samantha Smalley (Kevin), Brittany Jennings Kolanda (Jason), Sabrina Black and Chelsea Black; his grandson Hunter Smalley; his father Charles Black Sr.; his sister Cynthia Black; and his nephew Christopher Garecht. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 2:00 PM at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home (1500 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435).
