She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hulbert and Domenica Hulbert; her husband Arthur Johnson; her siblings, Raymond Hulbert, Frank "Buddy" Hulbert and Theresa Crawford; her nieces and nephews, Daniel Hulbert, Martine Harrison, Laurel Hulbert, Jeanne Connor, Frank Coop and Denny Hulbert; her siblings-in-law, Don Johnson, Chuck Ziesemer, Charles Crawford, Beverly Hulbert, Joy Johnson and Dorothy Hulbert; and her friends, Bill and Donna McClintock.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Fitzgerald (Gary); her grandchildren, Lindsay Fitzgerald, Kathleen Fitzgerald-Ellis (Trenton) and Kevin Fitzgerald (Heather); her great grandchildren, Mia, Madilyn, Nolan Fitzgerald and Isla Ellis; her siblings, Clinton Hulbert and Betty Voytko; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Ziesemer. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
