Shirley L. Kahler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2023, at the age of 86, Shirley L. Kahler of Chandlerville, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Patterson and Mary Patterson (Kendall); her husband William Kahler; her daughter Kristina Bobbitt; her daughter-in-law Indra Bobbitt; and her siblings, Betty, Donald, Bobby, Mary Lou, Lois, Susan, Loretta, Paul and Garry.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Mayer of North Hollywood, California, John Bobbitt of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jackie Sheffield (Ken) of Homosassa, Florida, Marke Bobbitt (Cindy) of Virginia, Illinois and Robert Bobbitt (Tammy) of Mattoon, Illinois; and her siblings, James Patterson, Joseph Patterson (Susan), Sandra Miller, Pamela Danner and David Patterson (Becky). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
