He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Willing and Rose Mary Willing (Dobson); his sister Karen Dearing; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Willing. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Rodriguez; his sons, Bryce and Bradyn Willing of Chandlerville; and his siblings, Tom Willing (Diane) of Kilbourne, Clarence "Bud" Willing of Kilbourne, Tim Willing of Jacksonville and Barb Lewis of Kilbourne.

Memorial donations may be made in Mike's name to his family or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
