She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Blair and Lanie Blair (Bingham). She is survived by: her sister Eva of Virginia; and her friend Wadine Mibb of Chandlerville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Walker Nursing Home Resident Activity Fund, or to the Blair family.
