He is survived by: his wife Catherine DeChant; his daughters, Kate Rogers (Christopher) of Savoy, Christine Mendoza (Alex) of Seattle, WA and Cassandra Edmund (Kyle) of Champaign; his grandchildren, Adeline, Greyson and Harrison Rogers of Savoy; his siblings, Daniel E. Schowengerdt (Jane Welch) of Minnetonka, MN and Cathyrn L. Schowengerdt of Champaign; his nephew John William Schowengerdt of Minnetonka; and his cousin Marilyn Egger (Auggie) of Springfield, IL..
