He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Richard and David; his parents, Charles Rotramel and Lena Rotramel; his siblings, Lucille Rossi, Ruth Green, Rose Skeels, James Rotramel, Charles and Darlene Dolly Young; his wife Mary Margaret "Peggy" Duffy; and his grandparents, Bill and Peggy. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
