He is survived by: his mother-in-law Kristy Osterhoff; his wife Kristy Donohue of Champaign; his sons, William J. "Will" Donohue V of Chicago and Austin J. Donohue of Champaign; his parents, William Donohue and Judy Donohue (Lambert) of Bourbonnais; his sister Kelly Donohue (Gary Plumley) of Manteno; his parents-in-law, Barry and Teena Osterhoff of Bradley; and his siblings-in-law, Jake Osterhoff and Kelly Vandenhout (Grant) of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
