She is survived by: her husband Willie Owens; her sisters-in-law, Audra and Brenda Owens; her daughter Stephanie King; her grandchildren, Torey Rich, Brittany Bell (Kenneth Bell Sr.), Tiffany Shottenkirk (James Shottenkirk), Tabitha Henderson, Tela Way, Taryn Wesley (Salathiel Wesley) and Aliyah Olion (Ricardo Licea); and her great grandchildren, Yesenia Sounders, Krystalyn, Kenneth Bell, James Shottenkirk, Charles, Ca'Maure, Ca'Marion, Ca'Miyha Moore, Alayiah Jenkins, Sial, Sevyn and Titus Wesley.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites contributions toward the planting of a tree in Victoria's memory through the Champaign Park District, a fitting tribute to her love of nature and nurturing spirit.
