He is survived by: his spouse Lan Thi Nguyen; his children, Tony To (Maria) of San Francisco and Anh To (Bridget) of Champaign; his adoptive son Bao Nguyen of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Lauren, Justin and Cassie; his great grandchild Charlotte; and his sisters, Tuyet and Hong.
