He is survived by: his sister Bobbie Jo Gladney; his aunts, Burline Riley and Dorothy Kirkland; his uncle El Nathan Kirkland; his wife Barnett Lewis (Marion); his daughters, Michelle Bell of Champaign, IL and Dawnya Brown (Tad Sr) of Texas; his stepson James Algee of Champaign, IL; his sister Mary Boston (Andrew) of Maple Heights, OH; his aunt Odessa Banks of Philadelphia, MS.; his grandchildren, Whitney Simlin (Edward), Britney Bell of Champaign, IL and Tad Brown Jr. of Texas; and his great grandchildren, Brycen, Bria and Bralyn of Champaign, IL.
