He was predeceased by: his father Ralph. He is survived by: his spouse Kandi; his daughter Olivia Kay Zastro; his child-in-law Tripp Jerry; his mother Alicia; and his siblings, Robb (MaryBeth), Jill Burton (Greg) and Matt (Jennifer). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
