He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Palmer and Alvernia Palmer (Webb); his sons, Jeremiah of Rankin, Josh (Rebecca) of Champaign and James of Ogden; his grandchildren, Aaron Ferraro, Mariah Palmer, James Palmer, Jr., Josiah Palmer and Madison Palmer; and his siblings, Joe of Urbana, Bobby Palmer of Urbana and Della Young of Urbana. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren.
