He is survived by: his daughters, Angela and Allison Slade of Denver Colorado; his grandchildren, Max and Jordan Rikon of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Slade of Mahomet, IL, Larry Slade of Champaign, IL and Sandy Swain of Champaign, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
