She is survived by: her husband Scott Lerner; her children, Seth and Maya Lerner; her parents, Joseph Paul Holcomb and Marjorie Holcomb of Dayton; and her brothers, Jim Holcomb (Cathy) and Mark (Sherry). She is also survived by her brothers and their spouses.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to cancer research, the Champaign County Humane Society or Sinai Temple.
