He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lowell Dillman and Mary Dillman (Vance); his wife Nancy Stephens; his sisters, Christa Cox (Mike) and Janell Sechriest (Bob); and his pet Bandit.

Memorial contributions may be made to Seymour United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 24 or the Kidney Foundation of Illinois.
