It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Walters of Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Titus and Opal Titus. She is survived by: her husband Robert Walters (Bob); her children, Cindy Croy (Steve), Todd Walters (Paula) and Greg Walters (Shanda); her grandchildren, Brittany Wermert, Kya Kirkwood, Kelsi Negron, Shayla Winkel, Stevi Spangler, Brennen Croy, Graham Walters, Jake Walters, Elliot Walters, Maci Walters and Ava Walters; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Olivia, Owen, Kyan, Charlotte, Marin, Ryan, Teagan and Liam; and her sister Sandra Pyle.
A graveside memorial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Urbana, at 1:00 p.m. Shirley had such a love for children, therefore, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
