She is survived by: her children, Dennis Johnson (Nancy), Jeffery Johnson (Maggie), Denise Hoffman (Chris) and Stephanie Moudy (Greg); her siblings, Ronald Smith (Janet), William Smith (Merry), J. R. Robinson (Brenda), Bill Umphenour (Jeanne), Karen Smith, Albert Smith, Wesley Smith, Clyde Smith and Raymond Smith; her grandchildren, Sawyer, Dylan, Brandon, Elly, Quinn, Cora, Audra and Blake; and her former husband James Johnson.
