Levy (Angela Galletta) of West Hollywood, California and Mark Andrew Levy (Deanne Rotfeld) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Amanda Willette of Bloomington, Ian Willette of Champaign, Ryan Levy (Cory Witsiepe) of Billings, Montana, Kayla Levy Gibbons (Eric) of Moorpark, California and Joseph Williams Levy of West Hollywood, California; his great grandchildren, Marlee Levy, Ryot Levy of Billings and Oliver Gibbons of Moorpark, California.; and his brother Alan D. Levy (Abby).
